Brief:
Nursing and healthcare is generally a profession associated with long hours and low wages, the appeal of nursing and healthcare to teenagers might not be the most enticing, and the people who end up choosing this path either already have an innate nature to want to help others, or they don’t have any other choice to begin with. The objective is to engage and relate with teenagers and younger adults, to educate them more about what being part of the nursing and healthcare system entails, so they can be more informed, or even discover a new passion.

Solution:
Treat Yoself is an interactive way for youths to connect with nursing and healthcare. The main aim of the game is to attend to the injured as fast as you can. From assisting doctors in operating rooms, to treating simple wounds, Treat Yoself will give an insight into the different roles nurses and healthcare professionals play in different everyday medical situations. To heat things up, you can challenge friends, and stay updated with new storylines and characters.

To create the first impression, the game will be advertised on specific online platforms, as well as on YouTube. To create conversations, the game will then be further promoted by specific influencers. And finally, to educate, pop-up exhibitions will be placed in schools and family-friendly locations. These spaces will feature limited edition products and activities, and even an interactive augmented reality world that functions on nursing education.
